هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشكلات التربوية التي تواجه المدارس الثانوية كما يراها المشرفون وعددهم 30، أما عدد المعلمين والمعلمات فبلغ 920، كما بلغ عدد المشرفين والمشرفات 20، وقد التربويون، ومديرو المدارس، والمعلمون في منطقة الناصرة. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من المديرين والمديرات تم استخدام الأسلوب الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 17 مديرا ومديرة، و276 معلما ومعلمة، 11 مشرفا ومشرفة بما مجموعه 304 فردا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طوّر الباحث استبانة تكونت في صورتها النهائية من 56 فقرة، تضمنت خمس مجالات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جميع مجالات المشكلات التربوية في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الناصرة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، لصالح الذكور. 2) وجود فروق في المتوسطات تبعا لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المشرفين. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جميع مجالات المشكلات التربوية في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الناصرة تبعا لمتغير نوع المدرسة، لصالح المدارس الحكومية. 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جميع مجالات المشكلات التربوية في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الناصرة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة عدد المشرفين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في والحاق مديري المدارس الثانوية والمعلمين بدورات ارشادية حول مشكلات الطلبة. The study aimed to identify the educational problems facing secondary schools as seen by educational supervisors, school principals and teachers in the Nazareth area. The sample of the study consisted of (17) managers and managers, (276) teachers and teachers (11) supervisors and supervisors (20), supervisors and supervisors (20), The descriptive method was used, And supervising a total of (304) individuals were selected by random stratified method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire formed in the final form of 56 paragraph, which included five areas, and verified its validity and stability. The study reached the following results: 1) there are statistically significant differences in all areas of educational problems in secondary schools in the city of Nazareth according to gender variable, in favor of males. 2) There are differences in averages depending on the variable job title for supervisors. 3) There are statistically significant differences in all areas of educational problems in secondary schools in the city of Nazareth according to the school type variable, in favor of public schools. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in all areas of educational problems in secondary schools in Nazareth according to the variable of experience the study recommended increasing the number of educational supervisors in public schools and enrolling high school principals and teachers in the course of the students' problems.
