هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة مساهمة معلمات مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في منطقة الطفيلة في الأردن في بناء شخصية طلبة هذه المرحلة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء أداة دراسة وهي عبارة عن استبانة مكونة من ستة مجالات رئيسة للنمو، وبعد التحقق من خصائصها السيكو مترية تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (187) معلمة، أشارت النتائج إلى أن مساهمة المعلمات في بناء شخصية المتعلمين كانت بدرجة عالية، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة مساهمة المعلمات في بناء شخصية المتعلمين تعزى للتخصص، أو الدرجة العلمية أو الخبرة. The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of basic education female teachers contribution in Tafileh area in Jordan for building students personality in this stage, to achieve this goal, an instrument was built including a questionnaire with six essential domains for growth, after making sure of the psychometric characteristics of the instrument it was distributed to the sample of the study which consists of (187) female teachers. The results indicated that the contribution of teachers in building character was highly educated, and the results showed a lack of statistically significant differences in the degree of contribution of the parameters in the build personal educated attributed to specialize, or degree or experience.
