The research's purpose is to know the extent in which math teachers at middle school benefit from teaching and learning math sites, and to limit the most frequently used sites by these teachers. Also, research and evaluate these sites considering the technical and educational regulations. The researchers used two tools to gather the research's data, a questionnaire to find out the extent in which the teachers benefit from teaching and learning math sites, and an evaluation form to see if these sites follow the technical and educational regulations. The researchers applied the descriptive research, along with the research's sample, which consists of two sections; the human sample of 14 math teachers at middle school in Riyadh, and a web sample of 5 math sites. The study concluded the importance of these educational sites from the math teaches' perspectives, and evaluation form showed the availability of technical and educational regulations in these sites. The study recommended the need to build a database for these educational sites which available on the Internet for the teachers to benefit and use, and to raise the math teachers' awareness on the importance of such sites as an activity that serves the educational content.
