هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى المظاهر السلوكية لأطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد، وعلاقتها بالتواصل الاجتماعي في محافظة عجلون من وجهة نظر معلميهم. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والبالغ عددهم (39) معلما ومعلمة في مراكز وجمعيات التربية الخاصة في محافظة عجلون للعام الدراسي (2016-2015). وتم اختيار جميع أفراد الدراسة للحصول على نتائج أكثر دقة، وبناء على ذلك فإن مجتمع الدراسة هو نفسه عينة الدراسة. وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات بعد أن أجريت لها دلالات الصدق والثبات. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية دالة إحصائيا بين المظاهر السلوكية لدى أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة الوظيفية. وبناء على النتائج السابقة يوصي الباحثان بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لأولياء الأمور والمعلمين حول أهمية استخدام إستراتيجيات تعديل السلوك لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتطوير المهارات الاجتماعية. This study aimed at recognizing the behavioral attitudes of the autistic children, and its relationship and social communication in Ajloun from their teachers` point of view. The study community consists of all the teachers of the autistic children totaling (39) teachers in the special teaching centers and associations in Ajloun for the Academic year (2015-2016) All the members of the study were tested in order to get more accurate results accordingly the study community is the study sample. The questionnaire has been used to collect data after undergoing it to connotations of validity. The results of the study showed that there are a negative relationships between the behavioral attitudes of the autistic children and the social communication skills. And they also showed that sex, qualification, and work experience do not make difference. According to the previous results the two researchers recommend holding training courses for the parents and teachers about the importance of using the Behavior Modification strategies for the autistic children and improving their social skills.
