هدفت الدراسة إلى تتبع آراء المشرفين التربويين الملتحقين في برنامج الإشراف التربوي المقام في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، لمدة أربعة فصول دراسية؛ وذلك بهدف تقويم البرنامج، وتبيّن مدى تحقيقه لأهدافه. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث ببناء أداة الدراسة، وتطبيقها على جميع المتدربين في هذه البرامج، ولمدة أربعة فصول دراسية، وكان عدد أفراد الدراسة 91 متدربا، واستخدم في ذلك المنهج الوصفي المسحي لهذه الدراسة، وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة كما يأتي: إن أهداف البرنامج التدريبي تحققت بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت الوحدة التدريبية (التعليم والتعلم) في المرتبة الأولى من حيث ارتباطها بأهداف البرنامج، وكان هناك تناسب في ساعات الوحدات التدريبية؛ وأهم الوحدات التدريبية من وجهة نظر المتدربين هي وحدة (التعليم والتعلم)؛ وكذلك بينت النتائج أن الوحدة التي يرى المتدربون حذفها أو تطويرها هي وحدة (البحث التربوي) بينما الوحدة التي يرون إضافتها هي وحدة خاصة بالتدريب الميداني الداخلي والخارجي. وفي ختام الدراسة، قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات المبنية على نتائج الدراسة، واختتمها بعدد من المقترحات لتطوير هذا البرنامج. The study aimed at following the views of educational supervisors enrolled in the educational supervision program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, a four-semesters program, aiming to evaluate the program and the extent to which it achieved its goals. To achieve this goal, the researcher constructed a study tool and applied it to all trainees in these programs for four semesters. The number of members of the study was 91 trainees, and the researcher used the descriptive survey method for this study. The most important findings of the study are; the training program’s objectives have been achieved moderately, the training module (teaching and learning) ranked first in terms of its relation to the objectives of the program, the module hours were proportionate, the most important training module from the viewpoint of the trainees is the (teaching and learning) module. The results showed that the module trainees propose to delete or develop is the (educational research) module, while the module they propose to add is internal and external field training. At the end of the study, the researcher made a number of recommendations based on the results of the study, and concluded with a number of suggestions for the development of this program.
