هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح في ضوء معايير الجودة في تنمية وعي عضوات هيئة التدريس بدورهن في تحقيق متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما اتبع المنهج التجريبي نظام المجموعة الوحدة. تكونت عينة البحث من 25 عضوا من أعضاء المناهج وطرق التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بمدينة الرياض. قامت الباحثان بإعداد برنامج تدريبي لتنمية وعي عضوات هيئة التدريس بأدوارهن في تحقيق متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي، كما أعدتا مقياس وعي الأستاذ الجامعي بدوره في تحقيق متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي. وقد أظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في ضوء معايير الجودة في تنمية وعي الأستاذ الجامعي بدوره في تحقيق متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي فيما يتعلق بنواتج التعلم، وتقييم الطلبة، والمساعدات التعليمية للطلبة، وجودة التدريس، وأنشطة الخبرة الميدانية والوعي ككل. وفى ضوء هذه النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات لتحقيق متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي. Egyptian universities and face a number of challenges that stand before the leaders Academy in management decisions Which (the bureaucracy and the complexity of Alajraat- palaces administrative communication- the lack of coordination between departments and units- the nature of the political and economic system of the State .. etc), Consequently, there is a lack of the ability of the Egyptian universities to acquire competitive advantages in the decisions that will help the industry provide Egyptian society, among other communities. The study is in practice a translation of the need to have the Egyptian universities competitive advantages in making industry as the most important requirements for achieving the strategic excellence, On the basis of the current reality, which indicates that it has become imperative for all organizations that seek to possess a strong and effective administrative system to help them survive and their ability to possess competitive advantages, It is interesting researcher need for rehabilitation of academic leaders at Egyptian universities, industry and management decisions to achieve strategic excellence at all levels and steps. Search has sought to clarify the importance of knowledge, objectives and indicators economy, And identify the most important personal and organizational factors that affect the decision-making in universities and stand on the most important obstacles facing academic leaders in management decisions at Egyptian universities, With an attempt to identify the practice of academic leaders to take administrative requirements of the resolutions of the Egyptian universities in the light of the entrance to the knowledge economy, As well as providing conceived proposal for achieving excellence in strategic decision-making and administrative Egyptian universities in the light of the entrance to the knowledge economy.
