This Study aims at investigating the extent that the Existing Egyptian Constitution cases for some education issues, such as, educational justice, values, citizenship, constructing knowledge society, quality and financial issues. The results indicated that the Egyptian Constitution Compatible with the Constitutions of some developed countries concerning the education subjects such as, France, Malaysia, Turkey, Brazil, and South Africa Constitution as for education is a Human Right, Free, saving it according to the International Quality Standards, Specifying a ratio of governmental financing for education, interest in teaching the Mother tongue, the State guarantee to Scientific research and universities independence. The Egyptian Constitution also Compatible with the society aims concerning these educational issues. The Egyptian Constitution included many acts that deal with these issues on the other hand, it didn't include the guarantee that leads to carrying out the Constitution acts concerning education whether directly or indirectly in the existing statues. The present study introduced guarantee to Protect the Constitutional text whether on the Constitutional level, by the state, or from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.(Published Abstract)
