هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات لمهارات الاتصال الإداري وعلاقتها بمستوى التماثل التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئات التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية. وتم اختيار عينة- 150 عضو هيئة تدريس بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من حملة درجة الدكتوراه، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما استخدمت استبانتان لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات لمهارات الاتصال الإداري/ متوسطة؛ ومجال مهارة الاستماع بدرجة مرتفعة؛ ومجالات مهارة الاتصال الكتابي، والاتصال اللفظي (مهارة التحدث)، والاتصال من خلال الرموز والحركات والتعبيرات بدرجة متوسطة؛ ومستوى التماثل التنظيمي ومجالاته لدى أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية بدرجة مرتفعة. ولا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات لمهارات الاتصال الإداري من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية فيها، وتقدير أعضاء هيئات التدريس لمستوى التماثل التنظيمي لديهم تعزى إلى الرتبة الأكاديمية، والنوع، والكلية، وسنوات الخبرة، والبلد الذي تخرج فيها. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات لمهارات الاتصال الإداري ومستوى التماثل التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئات التدريس فيها. This study aimed to investigate the degree of practice administrative communication skills among faculty deans and its relationship with organizational identification level among faculty members in the public Jordanian universities. The sample 150 faculty members with Ph.D. holders were selected as stratified random, a correlational descriptive study design was used, and two questionnaires were used to collect data. The study found that the degree of practice administrative communication skills among faculty deans were in medium degree; the dimension of “listening skill” was ranked in high degree, the dimensions of “written communication” skill, “verbal communication (the skill of speaking)”, “communication skill through symbols, movements and expressions” in moderately degree. The level of organizational identification and the levels in all dimensions among faculty members were high. No significant differences in the degree of practice administrative communication skills among deans from the perspective of faculty members, and the level of organizational identification among the faculty members which are attributable to the variables: academic rank, gender, years of experience, college, and the country of graduation. The results showed a positive correlation between the administrative communication skills among faculty deans and organizational identification level among faculty members. (Published abstract)
