هدف هذا البحث إلى قياس درجة امتلاك المفاهيم الفقهية لدى طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية والآداب (الأونروا)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 265 طالبا وطالبة في الكلية، تم تعريضهم لاختبار المفاهيم الفقهية الذي يتكون من 44 فقرة، والموزعة على ستة مجالات في الفقه. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة امتلاك المفاهيم الفقهية لدى الطلبة بشكل عام كانت منخفضة؛ وتبيّن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك المفاهيم الفقهية لدى الطلبة بحسب التخصص، لصالح تخصصات معلم الصف واللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية مقارنة بتخصص الجغرافيا؛ فيما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك المفاهيم الفقهية لدى الطلبة حسب متغير الجنس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك المفاهيم الفقهية لصالح الطلبة الذين درسوا مساقا في الفقه مقارنة بالطلبة الذين لم يدرسوا مساقاً في الفقه. This research aimed at measuring the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession of the faculty of educational sciences and arts students/ UNRWA. The sample of the study consisted of 265 students, they were opposed to jurisprudential concepts test, which consisted of 44 items distributed to six areas in jurisprudence. The results revealed that the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students in general was low. Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students by specialization in favor of class teacher, Arabic language, and English language specializations in comparison with geography specialization; meanwhile there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students by gender. Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession in favor of students who studies a course in jurisprudence in comparison with students who didn’t study a course in jurisprudence.
