هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى رضا الطلبة عن "الخدمة المخبرية" المقدمة لهم في المدرسة واختلافه باختلاف متغيرات (الجنس، موقع المدرسة, عدد الحصص المخبرية, خبرة معلم العلوم في نفس المدرسة). استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي, وقاما بتطبيق استبانة تكونت من (85) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات هي: البيئة المعرفية والفيزيائية والنفسية والتكنولوجية المساندة والاجتماعية والأمن والسلامة, على عينة بلغت (1466) طالبًا وطالبة, من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (2798) طالبًا وطالبة من الصف العاشر الأساسي في مديرية تربية عجلون. أظهرت النتائج مستوى منخفض من رضا الطلبة عن الخدمة المخبرية وفقًا للمعيار المتبع في الدراسة, مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا تبعًا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث, وتبعًا لمتغير موقع المدرسة لصالح داخل المدينة, وتبعًا لمتغير عدد الحصص المخبرية لصالح (11) حصة فأكثر, بينما لم تظهر النتائج فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير خبرة معلم العلوم في نفس المدرسة. وكانت التوصية الأبرز موجهة لوزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية بضرورة إيلاء الجانب العملي أهمية من خلال زيادة عدد الحصص المخبرية. The study examined the level of students' satisfaction with the "laboratory Service" offered to them in school and it's difference in relation to the variables of gender, school location, number of classes and the experience of the science teacher at the same school. The researchers adopted a descriptive methodology and conducted a questionnaire consisted of (85) items distributed in to (6) main contextual domains: Cognition, physical settings, psychological environment, aiding technology, social environment and safety. The sample consisted of (1466) out of a community of (2798) Tenth Grade male and female students at Ajloun Directorate. In The results showed a low level of students' satisfaction with the 'laboratory service' according to the standard adopted in the study. There were statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction due to gender (in favor of the females), school location (in favor of city) and the number of classes (in favor of (11) and more). There were no statistically significant differences due to the experience of the science teacher at the same school. The study's major recommendation was to the Jordanian Ministry of Education to consider the practical aspect by increasing number of classes laboratory. (Published Abstract)
