هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي لعرائس (القفاز- العصا- خيال الظل- الماريونيت) والتي يجب أن تستخدمها معلمات رياض الأطفال في تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة، والتعرف على واقع معرفة معلمات رياض الأطفال بمهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي للعرائس، وإعداد برنامج لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتنمية مفاهيم ومهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي للعرائس (القفاز- العصا- خيال الظل- الماريونيت) المستخدمة في تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة، والتعرف على فعالية البرنامج المقترح. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك لرصد معرفة معلمات رياض الأطفال بمهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي لبعض عرائس المسرح المستخدمة في تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة، كما استخدمت المنهج شبه التجريبي، وبالتحديد الصميم ذي المجموعة الواحدة، حيث يتم تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال- عينة الدراسة على البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. وتطبيق أدوات القياس قبلياً وبعدياً للتعرف على فعالية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 معلمة من معلمات رياض. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: ضعف معرفة معلمات رياض الأطفال بمهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي لبعض أنواع عرائس المسرح المستخدمة في تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة، وفعالية البرنامج المقترح لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتنمية مفاهيم ومهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي لعرائس (القفاز- العصا- خيال الخلل- الماريونيت)، المستخدمة في تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة. وبناء على ذلك يمكن أن يستقيل المسؤولون عن برامج التدريب في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بالبرنامج التدريبي لتدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال على مهارات التعبير الحركي والصوتي للعرائس واستخدامها أثناء تقديم العروض المسرحية لطفل الروضة. The present study aimed to determine the kinetic expression and voice skills to brides (glove- stick- shadow- marionettes), which must be used by kindergarten teachers in providing theatrical performances for kindergarten children, and recognize the reality of knowing kindergarten teachers the skills of motor expression and voice for brides, and preparation program for teachers of kindergarten for the development of concepts and motor expression and voice skills to brides Glove- stick- shadow- marionettes used in providing theatrical performances for kindergarten children. To identify the effectiveness of the proposed program, the study used the descriptive analytical method and to monitor the knowledge of kindergarten teachers with skills of expression motor and voice for some brides theater used to provide theatrical performances for children kindergarten, also used the curriculum quasi-experimental and specifi¬cally design ever the same group, where children study sample are trained kindergarten teachers to the proposed training program. The application of measurement tools tribal and Uday to get to know the effectiveness of the training program proposed, and the study sample consisted of 20 teachers of kindergarten teachers. The study found most important results of the weakness of knowledge kindergarten teachers the skills of motor expression and voice for some types of puppet theater used to provide theater for kindergarten children, and effectiveness of the proposed program for teachers kindergarten for the development of concepts and brides motor and voice expression skills (glove- stick- shadow- marionettes) used in the provision of theatrical performances for kindergarten children, and therefore could be responsible for the training programs will benefit early childhood training program for the training of kindergarten teachers on motor skills, speech and voice for brides and their use during the presentation of theatrical performances for kindergarten children.
