The present study aims at investigating Fourth Preparatory class students' wrong concepts about history with reference to the literary study. The procedures of this phase have been applied on a sample of (252) students who were selected randomly by applying the diagnostic test of the concepts including (66), test items matching, completion formula and multiple choice each. The authenticity of the test and discrimination power, difficulty factor and the test stability via equation Cooder Richardson 20 where the total (83.0) in a manner where the total retail mid-term (83.0), and it is good reliability coefficient. After the application of the test , answers of the students were scored to identify misconceptions which showed that there are (15) wrong concepts ( 34% of the total answers ) distributed between the last six chapters from the history book of the fourth class In light of the search results the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and proposals.
