The study aimed at identifying the relationship between the degree of principals’ practice of strategic management and the degree of teachers’ performance from the viewpoints of teachers at government schools in Hebron governorate. The study population consisted of all (7962) teachers at government schools in Hebron governorate for the second semester of 2012 \ 2013.  A stratified random sample of (504) teachers has been selected. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire where the validity and reliability were verified by using appropriate statistical methods. The results showed that the degree of principals’ practice of strategic management was high. The degree of teachers’ performance was high too.  There also was a significant correlation between the variables of principals’ practice of strategic management and teachers’ performance. The study demonstrated that there are no significant statistical differences in the degree of principals’ practice of strategic management due to the variables of qualification and number of years of experience, while it showed a significant statistical difference due to the variable of directorate, in favor of Hebron and north of Hebron directorates over the south.
