This study investigates the students’ perspective in classroom management and discipline issue. Discipline problems are listed as the major concern for most teachers, there is discipline problem in classrooms. Discipline issue is also influence by external reason which cause students to misbehave in the classroom, and to assess students` perceptions on teacher strategies on discipline the classroom, and to observe whether there is correspondence between students and teachers perspective on discipline and classroom management. A convenient sample of 40 students 6 teachers and 3 school administrators in Combine Secondary School, participate in the questionnaire and interview. Quantitative and qualitative data were obtained from the result of observation, questionnaire, and semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed descriptively to find out students perspectives towards discipline and classroom management. The results of the analysis show that: the good classroom management has affected the students’ discipline. Because the more confidence a teacher gives to students the more discipline and positive behavior we get. Students agree that most of them know and aware of discipline problem in classroom and school, but lack of interest in studies, a preoccupation with other things is affecting them. So teachers should trust and respect students, by giving them responsibility to solve problem when it arise, because discipline does not mean a series of punishments applied to misbehaving students but refers to a contract which binds a teacher and a group of students together so that learning can be more effective”. A good teacher is someone who can learn from his students if there is discipline. If teacher classroom management is effective, and schools have good consideration of students’ perspective, then the immediate results will be that students mutually motivated and the goal will be achieved. Finally, recommendations such as Trainings courses and seminars to allow, regular communication between students, teachers and parents, students must call out what they need in mutual way, they can discuss with teacher their perspectives, perception, expectation, opinion so as to help in classroom structure, and be active students Also further studies are recommended, and references were cited at the end of the study.
