هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى تقويم مقرر الخرسانة في مدرسة الهندسة المدنية جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا ومدى ملاءمتها لاحتياجات سوق العمل بهدف التعرف على مدى مناسبته من ناحية المحتوى ،وطرق التدريس ، والوسائل التعليمية والأمكانيات المادية مع يتطلبه سوق العمل . لجمع بيانات الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبانة موجهه إلى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام مدرسة الهندسة المدنية جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا وإستبانة موجهه لخريجي مدرسة الهندسة المدنية جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا لمعرفة أرائهم حول مناسبة مقرر الخرسانة لتلبية إحتياجات سوق العمل. إستخدمت الدارسة لتحليل البيانات الخاصة بالاستبيان برنامج التحليل الاحصائي الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (Statistical Package for Social Science) و قد قامت الدارسة باستعراض كل عبارة أو مجموعة عبارات في جدول يوضح عدد الاستجابات والنسب المئوية . وقد توصلت الدارسة الى النتائج التالية: أساليب التقويم المستخدمة فى مقرر تكنولوجيا الخرسانة بمدرسة الهندسة المدنية جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا مواكبة لأساليب التقويم الحديثة. محتوي مقرر الخرسانة مناسب لتلبية إحتياجات سوق العمل. طرائق التدريس المستخدمة مناسبة لمحتوى مقرر الخرسانة. كما خرجت الدارسة بعدد من التوصيات يمكن إيجازها فى الأتى: تطوير محتوى مقرر الخرسانة مع تطوير سوق العمل. إتاحة فرصة لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتعرف على أحدث الطرق المستخدمة في التدريس. تطوير المعامل وفق متطلبات سوق العمل. خروج الطلاب أثناء الدراسة لسوق العمل.(الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed to assess the concrete technology course at school of civil engineering sudan university of sciences and its relevance to the needs of the labor market in sudan inorder to recognize the relevance of teaching methods, teaching aids and material capabilitiest requied by the labor market in sudan. To collect the study data the researcher designed two questionaines one was dinected to the faculty departments inorder to know their views about the appropriate course material needed to meet the labor markets need. The other questionnaire was directed to the graduatas of the civil engineering school for the same purpose. The researcher used the spss programe to analyre the Data collected by questionairs ,the results shaw in tables and percentages inside the study. The study concluded that: The content of concret technology course at school of civil engineering , u of s is appropriate to the labor market in sudan. The evaluation method used to evaluate the concrete technology course in school of civil engineering is modern and up to data. Teaching methods are appropriate to the content of the course material. The study recommentions are: The content of concrete technology course should be developed with the development of labor market. The school of civil engineering should provid training courses about the latest methods used in teaching. It also should provide training periods for students of school to the labor market during study period.(Published abstract)
