هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة امتلاك مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المعرفية والأدائية من وجهة نظر مشرفات الإدارة المدرسية والتعرف على الفروق ذوات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى دلالة α=0.05 في إجابات أفراد الدراسة باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل- الخبرة الإدارية- الدورات التدريبية) ولتحقيق أهدافها اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وتم تطبيقها على جميع مشرفات الإدارة المدرسية في مدينة الرياض والبالغ عددهن 67 مشرفة، وتم التوصل من خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أن درجة امتلاك مديرات الثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المعرفية من وجهة نظر مشرفات الإدارة المدرسية كانت متوسطة في جميع مراحل التخطيط الاستراتيجي التي اعتمدتها الدراسة. 2) أن درجة امتلاك مديرات الثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي الأدائية من وجهة نظر مشرفات الإدارة المدرسية كانت متوسطة في جميع مراحل التخطيط الاستراتيجي التي اعتمدتها الدراسة. 3) عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى α=0.05 فأقل في متوسطات اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول (درجة امتلاك مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الرياض لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي) باختلاف متغيرات (الدراسة الخبرة الإدارية، والدورات التدريبية في مجال التخطيط). The study aimed to identify the degree to which the principals of public secondary schools in the city of Riyadh possess the knowledge skills and performance skills of strategic planning from the perspective of administrative supervisors, and to identify the differences that are statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05= a) as answers to the members of the study according to variables of the study (qualification- administrative experience- training courses in planning). To achieve its goals The study applied a descriptive analytical approach, adopted a questionnaire tool, and it was applied to all supervisors in the city of Riyadh and their number was 67 supervisors. After statistical analysis of data, the results of the study show that: 1) The degree to which the principals of public secondary schools in the city of Riyadh possess the knowledge skills of strategic planning from the perspective of administrative supervisors at all phases of strategic planning considered by the study was medium degree. 2) The degree to which the principals of public secondary schools in the city of Riyadh possess the performance skills of strategic planning from the perspective of administrative supervisors at all phases of strategic planning considered by the study was medium degree. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level 0.05 or less in the averages of directions of study sample on the (degree of possession of principles of public secondary schools in Riyadh for the strategic planning skills) according to study variables (qualification - administrative experience - training courses in planning).
