هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الحاجات الإرشادية لدى طلبة جامعة دنقلا بالسودان، في المجالات المهنية، والأكاديمية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية بالإضافة إلى تأثير بعض المتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المستوى الدراسي، نوع الكلية، المعدل التراكمي)، المنهج المستخدم في هذه الدِّراسة هو المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث أداة لقياس الحاجات الإرشادية مكونة من (40) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، بلغت عينة الدراسة (300) طالباً وطالبة للعام الدراسي 2014- 2015، وهي تمثل نسبة (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (3000) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة العشوائية الطبقية، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار(ت) وتحليل التباين، واختبار شيفية. أظهرت النتائج: أن أدراك طلبة جامعة دنقلا لأهمية الحاجات جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وكان المجال الأكاديمي الأكثر أهمية، ثم المجال المهني و النفسي والاجتماعي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، ونوع الكلية ولصالح الذكور والكليات الأدبية، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات المستوى الدراسي والمعدل التراكمي، وأخيراً على ضوء مناقشة الباحث للنتائج توصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. This study aimed at investigating the counseling needs of Dongola University students in the Professional, academic, Psychological, and social fields, and then to the effect of some variables, (gender, level of education, colleges literary, scientific, achievement of education), the descriptive analytical method was used in this study, To fulfill the aim of the research, a scale of (40) items distributed among four fields has been prepared. The sample of this study consisted of (300) male and female students which represents (10%) of (3000) students the original society, chosen by the stratified random, The data is then analyzed using mean, stander deviation, T-test, ANOVA. and Scheffe test. Results showed: The realization of Dongola University students of the importance of needs came highly, and it was the most important academic field, then the professional field and psychological and social. The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of Gender and College Type in favor to males and literary colleges, there are no differences due to the variable level of academic and academic achievement. Finally, in light of the study results and discussion the researcher suggested some recommendations. (Author's abstract)
