هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعديل الأسلوب الوالدي لدى عينة من اللاجئات السوريات المراهقات المتزوجات، من خلال استقصاء أثر برنامج تدريبي على المهارات الوالدية يستند على برنامج التدريب المنظم على الوالدية (STEP). اشتملت الدراسة على 20 أماً مراهقة لاجئة سورية ممن تزوجن قبل سن 18 سنة، واللواتي تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (15-18) سنة، وممن يعشن ضمن علاقة زوجية ويعشن مع أزواجهن وأطفالهن في نفس المنزل، وممن لجأن إلى الأردن خلال الفترة ما بين 2013-2015، والمراجعات لمؤسسة نهر الأردن/ مركز الملكة رانيا للأسرة والطفل، وقد تم تقسيم المشاركات بشكل عشوائي لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة اشتملت كل مجموعة على 10 مشاركات. تم استخدام مقياس السلطة الوالدية بهدف تقييم الأسلوب الوالدي المتبع لدى المشاركات، وقد استند البرنامج التدريبي الوالدي المعتمد في الدراسة على نظرية العالم ألفرد آدلر(Alfred Adler) في التربية الوالدية أفكار العالم رودولف درايكرز(Rudolf Dreikurs) والتي جمعت ضمن برنامج التدريب المنظم على الوالدية الفعالة (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting- STEP) اشتمل البرنامج التدريبي على 15 جلسة تدريبية تم تطبيقها على المجموعة التجريبية على مدار 8 أسابيع وبمعدل جلستين في الأسبوع، وترواحت مدة كل جلسة مابين ساعة ونصف وساعتين حسب مضمون الجلسة. وقد أشارت نتائج تحليل التباين المتعدد (MANOVA) والأحادي(ANCOVA) إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α> 0.05) بين أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على جميع أبعاد مقياس السلطة الوالدية، وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي، مما يشير إلى وجود أثر للبرنامج التدريبي في تحسين المهارات الوالدية واستخدام أساليب والدية أكثر ديمقراطية وأخرى أقل سلطوية وتساهلية. وقد أوصت الباحثة بتوصيات من أهمها استخدام برنامج التدريب المنظم على الوالدية الفعالة (STEP) في تحسين متغيرات أخرى لدى الأمهات، بالإضافة إلى العمل على إشراك الآباء في البرنامج التدريبي برفقة الأمهات. This study aimed to modify parenting style among a sample of married Adolescent Syrian refugees through investigating the effectiveness of training program on parenting skills based on Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP). The study consisted of 30 Adolescent Syrian refugees mothers who were married before the age of 18 years, their ages ranged between (15-18) years. They live with their husbands and with their children in the same home and they arrived to Jordan between 2013-2015. The population study attended to Jordan river foundation- Queen Rania for family and child, the sample was divided randomly into two equal groups: experimental and control group which consisted of 10 participants for each group. The researcher had used the authority parental Scale to evaluate the parental style used among the participants, the parenting training program based on Alfred Adler theory in parental education and based on Rodolf Driekers Thoughts which was Collected in the program of (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting- STEP). The training program included 15 training sessions were applied on the experimental group over 8 weeks, two sessions per week, the length of each session was between (1.5-2) hours. To answer the question of the study, the researcher composed MANOVA and ANCOVA. The results indicated significant statistical differences at (α > 0.05) between the experimental group and the control group on all dimensions of authority parental scale, so as to favor the experimental group in post scale, which indicated that there was impact for the program training on improving parenting skills and used more democratic parenting style and less authoritative and permissive style. According to the results in this study, the researcher presented some recommendations; the important one was using the program Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) to improve other variables for mothers, in addition to involving fathers in the training program with mothers.
