من خلال فرضيات الدراسة، تم التوصل إلي أن انخفاض الأجور والمرتبات وعدم تناسبه مع نظرائه في البلدان الأخرى يزيد من معدل الهجرة وتدهور مستويات التعليم، وذلك بسبب نقص الكوادر البشرية (أساتذة الجامعات)، وأن الهجرة الخارجية تؤدي إلى تراجع عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، كذلك فغياب دور الدولة في تمويل المشروعات المحلية يُعدّ سببا في الهجرة الخارجية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج: إن انخفاض الأجور والمرتبات وعدم تناسبه مع نظرائه في البلدان يزيد من معدل الهجرة، وذلك يظهر من ارتفاع نسبة المبحوثين التي تصل إلى 95% ما يؤكد صحة الفرضية وتدهور مستويات التعليم. تؤثر الهجرة على تدهور التعليم بنسبة تصل إلى حوالى %84.6 على تدني مستوى التعليم في السودان، وهذا يؤكد صحة الفرضية أن الهجرة الخارجية تؤدي إلى تراجع عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال موافقة 95.3%. ومن توصيات الدراسة: يجب إعادة النظر في هياكل الأجور والمرتبات مع مراعاة الأجر المناسب لأساتذة الجامعات، وخلق بيئة ملائمة لتطوير التعليم والبحث العلمي وربطها بسياسات التنمية الاقتصادية وسوق العمل. يجب على الدولة اتخاذ القرار الاقتصادي المناسب لتحسين البيئة العلمية للمحافظة على الكوادر وجذب الكفاءات العلمية الموجودة في الخارج بخلق فرص عمل جديدة تتماشى مع التحصيل العلمي الحديث وتواكب التطور التكنولوجي، وإشراك أساتذة الجامعات السودانية في عمليات صنع القرار، المختلفة وضرورة تكثيف الدراسات العلمية المتطورة حول ظاهرة الهجرة لمعالجة الآثار السلبية وتحقيق أدنى حد ممكن لتحقيق المساهمة في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية. On the recommendations of the study should be reconsidered in the wage and salary structures taking into account the appropriate remuneration to university professors and create a favorable environment for the development of education and scientific research and linking economic development policies and the labor market must be on the state economic decision-making to improve the scientific environment for the preservation of cadres and attract existing scientific talent abroad to create jobs a new line with modern scientific achievement and keep pace with the technological development and the involvement of the Sudanese university professors in various decision-making processes and the need to intensify advanced scientific studies on the phenomenon of migration to address negative impacts and achieve a minimum to achieve contribute to the economic development process.
