سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على خبرة الطلبة الموقوفين عن الدراسة مؤقتا في مدرسة إعدادية الرفاع بمملكة البحرين, وقد تألفت عينة البحث من (9) طلبة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2011/ 2012م. وقد استخدم الباحثان في هذا البحث المنهج الكيفي الفينومينولجي بأسلوب المقابلة مع الطلبة الموقوفين عن الدراسة لجمع البيانات. وتبين من النتائج وجود أربعة مفاهيم أساسية تشكل خبرة الطلبة الموقوفين عن الدراسة مؤقتا هي: الخوف من عدم القدرة على بناء علاقات ناجحة مع أصدقاء جدد والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الأصدقاء القدامى، ومن تشكل صورة سلبية حول الطلبة الموقوفين في أذهان المعلمين، ومن عقاب الآباء ومن الرسوب في الامتحانات. والإحساس العام بالحزن وتقدير الذات السلبي وضعف الثقة بالنفس، والشعور بالذنب. وبناء على هذه النتائج قدم الباحثون للمعنيين مجموعة من التوصيات. The current study sought to identify the lived experiences of the temporarily suspended students from middle school in Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain. The research sample was composed of (9) students during the first semester of the academic year 2011-2012. The researchers used in this research the qualitative phenomenological approach, based on the interview method with the suspended students from school for the collection of data. The results showed the presence of five key concept experienced by the temporarily suspended students from school, they are: fear of not being able to build successful relationships with new friends, maintaining relationships with old friends, formation of a negative image about the excluded students in the minds of teachers, parents punishment, and failure in exams, the general sense of sadness, negative self-esteem and poor self-confidence, feeling of guilt. Based on these results, the researchers submit a set of recommendations to the concerned persons. (Published Abstract)
