هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف آراء طلاب التربية العملية في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت في مدى فاعلية الأدوار والمهام الإشرافية لمشرفي التربية العملية (مشرف الكلية، المعلم المتعاون، مدير المدرسة المتعاونة). كما هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء أفراد العينة تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، والتخصص، والمنطقة التعليمية التي يتدرب بها الطلاب المعلمون، والمعدل التراكمي. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 193 طالباً وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية الدارسين في برنامج التربية العملية في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 2013/2014. استخدم الباحث أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن فاعلية الأدوار والمهام الإشرافية لمحاور الدراسة الثلاثة جاءت بمستويات مرتفعة ومتوسطة. حيث جاء محور الأدوار والمهام الإشرافية للمعلم المتعاون بالمرتبة الأولى وبدرجة (مرتفعة)؛ تلاه محور مشرف الكلية بمستوى (مرتفع)، في حين جاء محور الأدوار والمهام الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة بالمرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة (متوسطة). كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، والتخصص (علمي، أدبي)، ومنطقة التدريب في جميع محاور الدراسة. أما بالنسبة إلى المعدل التراكمي فقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء أفراد العينة في محور المهام الإشرافية لكل من مشرف الكلية والمعلم المتعاون، ولم يكن لها تأثير في محور مدير المدرسة. The current study aims to explore the attitudes of the practical education students at the college of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait in respect of the efficacy of the supervisory tasks and roles of the supervisors of practical education (Faculty’s supervisor, cooperating teacher, cooperating school princi¬pal). It also aims to investigate the differences with statistical significance in the opinions of the individuals of the sample which can be attributed to gender specialization, the educational area in which teachers received their training and the GPA. The Sample of the study included 193 male and female students from the students of the College of Basic Education involved in the practical education program during the first semester of the year 2012/2013. The study revealed that the efficacy of the roles and supervisory tasks came with high and medium levels. The axis of the roles and supervisory tasks of the assisting teacher came first with a high grade. Next to this, came the axis of the roles and supervisory tasks of the faculty’s supervisor with a high level. The axis of the roles and supervisory tasks of the school principal came last with a medium grade. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences among the responses of the individuals of the specimen which might be attributed to gender, and specialization (science and art) and the area of training in all the axes of the study. In connection with the accumulative average, the results showed that there are significant differences in the opinions of the individuals of the specimen in the axis of the supervisory tasks of the faculty’s supervisor and the cooperating teacher, whereas it had no effect in the axis of the school principal.
