هدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم نموذج لتجسير الفجوة بين البحث والممارسة في الإدارة التربوية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وذلك للمراجعة المنهجية للأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ونماذج نقل المعرفة. كشف تحليل الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة: أن هناك اتفاقاً عاما على وجود فجوة البحث والممارسة في الإدارة التربوية، وعن ضرورة وضع آليات لتجسير هذه الفجوة. ولكن هناك جدل حول من يأتي قبل الآخر: البحث أم الممارسة؟ كما أن هناك إغفالاً لدور بعض الأطراف التي يمكن أن تؤدي دوراً في هذا التجسير. من هنا توجهت هذه الدراسة لمراجعة نماذج نقل المعرفة التي تحظى باهتمام الباحثين في إدارة الأعمال، واستعرضت الدراسة عدداً من نماذج نقل المعرفة تلك وانتهت بتصميم نموذج من جزئين يتكون الأول منهما من سبع حلقات لنقل المعرفة في الإدارة التربوية بينما يوضح الثاني العلاقة بين أربعة أطراف فاعلة في تجسير الفجوة بس النظرية والممارسة في الإدارة التربوية، وانتهت الدراسة بتوصيات. This study aims at designing a model to bridge the gap between research and practice in educational administration. The study used the descriptive approach through systematic review of literature, previous studies and Knowledge transfer models. The analysis of literature and previous studies showed a general agreement on the existence of a gap between research and practice in educational administration and on the necessity to bridge that gap. But there is controversy on which supersedes the other: the research or practice. Added to it is the reticence on the role of other parties that may be helpful in the bridging process. Hence this study drew upon knowledge transfer models that prevail in the business literature. The study discussed a number of models and concluded with designing a two-part model the first of which comprises seven phases of knowledge transfer while the other consists of four circles representing the influential parties in knowledge transfer in educational administration. The study presented a number of recommendations. (Published abstract)
