هدف هذا البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية كفايات التعليم الابتكاري لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ما قبل الخدمة، واستقصاء أثره في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الأطفال. واختار للتجريب محتوى مساق تعليم العلوم والرياضيات للأطفال المقرر على طالبات تربية الطفل في كلية المجتمع للدراسات المتوسطة، واختار لذلك عينة من الطالبات المعلمات وأخرى من أطفال رياض الأطفال كمجموعات تجريبية وضابطة. وبنى أداتين بحثيتين هما: بطاقة ملاحظة لكفايات التعليم الابتكاري، واختبار المهارات الحياتية. وتوصل إلى الأثر الكبير للبرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية كفايات التعليم الابتكاري لدى الطالبات المعلمات، بالإضافة إلى الأثر الكبير لتوظيف كفايات التعليم الابتكاري في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الأطفال. This research aims to design a training program for the development of creativity teaching competences among pre-services kindergarten teachers and explore its effect on the development of life skills for children, using the course of science and mathematics education for children in the community college intermediate studies. Two samples: were selected. The first sample from student teachers female, and the second sample from kindergarten children as experi-mental and control groups. Two instruments were developed: Observation tool to creativity teaching competences, and life-skills test. Findings indicate: a high effect of the suggested program on the development of creativity teaching competences of student teachers, in addition to great effect to employ creativity teaching competences to develop the life skills for kindergarten children.
