يهدف البحث الحالي إلى توضيح أهمية ودور الممارسات الإدارية لمديري المدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة الأحمدي بدولة الكويت وذلك من خلال الممارسات الفنية لمدير المدرسة والممارسات الإدارية لمدير المدرسة وكان من أهم النتائج أن الجانب الإداري من وظيفة مدير المدرسة هو تنظيم إدارة المدرسة بعناصرها المختلفة حتى تتحقق عملية التعليم والتعلم وأن الجانب الفني من وظيفة مدير المدرسة يعني إحداث تحسن مستمر ومدروس في العملية التربوية بكاملها (ملخص المؤلف)

The current research aims to illustrate the importance and the role of management practices for school administrators intermediate school in Al Ahmadi in Kuwait through artistic practices to the school principal and administrative practices of the principal of the school and it was the most important results that the administrative side of the post of Director of the school is to regulate the management of the school its elements different even realized the process of teaching and learning and the technical side of the job and the school principal means bringing about continuous improvement and thoughtful in the educational process as a whole(Author’s Abstract)
