أجريت الدراسة في العام 2013م بهدف الكشف عن اضطرابات النطق والكلام وعلاقتها بمفهوم الذات لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس والسادس بالمدارس الحكومية التابعة لمحلية كررى، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من تلاميذ وتلميذات الصف الخامس والسادس في مرحلة الأساس بمحلية كررى. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من تلاميذ وتلميذات الصف الخامس والسادس الذين يعانون من اضطرابات النطق والكلام وذلك بمساعدة الأخصائيات النفسيات بالمدارس وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة 60 منهم 36 ذكور و24 إناث، وقد قامت الباحثة باستخدام مقياسين لجمع المعلومات هما مقياس اضطرابات النطق والكلام ومقياس مفهوم الذات واستبانة للمعلومات الأولية بعد التأكد من صلاحيتهما. تم تحليل نتائج البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: 1) يتسم مفهوم الذات لدى ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بالارتفاع وسط تلاميذ مرحلة الأساس بالصفين الخامس والسادس في محلية كررى. 2) وجود اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمستوى عال وسط تلاميذ مرحلة الأساس بالصفين الخامس والسادس في محلية كررى. 3) توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية، فكلما ارتفع مفهوم الذات قلت اضطرابات النطق والكلام وكلما زادت اضطرابات النطق والكلام انخفض مفهوم الذات لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الأساس المصابين باضطرابات النطق والكلام في محلية كررى. 4) توجد علاقة ارتباطية سلبية، فكلما ارتفع المستوى التعليمي للأب والأم قلت اضطرابات النطق والكلام، وكلما زادت اضطرابات النطق والكلام انخفض المستوى التعليمي للأب والأم لدى تلاميذ الصفين الخامس والسادس المصابين باضطرابات النطق والكلام بمرحلة الأساس في محلية كررى. This study was carried out in 2013 so as to reveal the disorder disubances in speech and utterance and their relationship to the concept of self-understanding for the pupils of 5th and 6th is forms in governmental schools in Karary locality. The researcher has adopted used descriptive method. The population of the study are the pupils of 5th and 6th forms at basic level in Karary locality. To achieve the goals of these study some of these pupils, whop suffer from disorder in utterance and speech, have been chosen as a sample with the assistance of experts specialists in the schools. The pupils were 66, 36 of them were males while 24 were females the researcher has used two criteria for data collection: 1( Measuring the disturbances in utterance and speech. 2( Measuring the concept of self-understanding and making the primary information clear after confirming its validity. The results have been analyzed by using SPSS for social sciences. The most important results to which this study has come are: 1( Self-understanding is negative for those who suffer from disorder disturbances in utterance and speech among basic pupils of 5th and 6th forms in Karary Locality. 2) these disturbances are high among these pupils in 5th and 6th from at basic level in Karary locality. 3) Self-understanding and the disturbances in utterance and speech are conversely related to each others high self – under standing means low disturbances in utterance and speech and high disturbances in utterance and speech means low sell under standing for the pupils in 5th and 6th from at basic level in Karary Locality. 4) There is a negative relationship between the educational.
