The research aims that measuring the level of attitudes of special classes’ teachers towards their lower learners, and showing differences between- male and female teachers. The researcher formed aims of his research depending on problem of research and its importance , the final sample of this research contains (91) teachers of special classes in Karbala. The researcher has completed all preparation of the measures following the needed steps such as validity and reliability. During the research some statistical methods, the researcher gained some results: the attitudes of teachers were positive towards lower learners and there aren't any differences statistically power tested between-male and female-teachers. In the light of the results the researcher gave some recommendations and suggestions. (Published Abstract)
