هدف البحث: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الأنشطة الإعلامية المقدمة بجمعية الرعاية المتكاملة، وقيم المواطنة المتضمنة بها، ودور تلك الأنشطة في تنمية الوعي بتلك القيم لدى الأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة من 9-12 سنة. منهج الدراسة: إستخدمت الباحثة وبصورة رئيسية المنهج المسحي الوصفي، نظرًا لأنه يتناسب ونوعية الدراسة التي تقوم بها الباحثة. مجتمع الدراسة: إجمالي عينة قوامها 400 طفل من المترددين على جمعية الرعاية المتكاملة، و20 مسؤولا من القائمين على تنفيذ الأنشطة الإعلامية داخل جمعية الرعاية المتكاملة. نتائج الدراسة: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثين المشاركين في الأنشطة الإعلامية بجمعية الرعاية المتكاملة وغير المشاركين على مقياس التوعية بقيم المواطنة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذكور ومتوسطات درجات الإناث على مقياس التوعية بقيم المواطنة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثين على مقياس التوعية بقيم المواطنة تبعًا لاختلاف الفرع التابع لها جمعية الرعاية المتكاملة. Aims: Identifying the media activities provided by the Integrated Care Society (ICS), and the includedvaiues of citizenship, and the impact of those activities in the development on children’s values aged 9-12 years old. Problem: The problem of the research can be stated in the following main questions What are the role of media activities provided by the Integrated Care Society in developing the children’s awareness of citizenship values aged 9- 12 years old; many several sub- questions emerge from this question as follows What forms of media activities provided for children in aged 9-12 years old? What are the causes and factors that affect positively or negatively the media activities provided by the Integrated Care Society? What is the impact of media activities provided by ICS on the degree of developing the awareness of the citizenship values in children? Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method in order to measure the role of the media activities provided by the Integrated Care Society in developing the awareness of citizenship value among children, as it is commensurate with the quality of the study carried out by the researcher. Sample: Selecting sample method: the sample was selected in accordance with the procedures for selecting the stratified sample, from the community of visitors to Integrated Care Society branches with age group children from 9- 12 years old 400 children (visitor of Integrated Care Society) & 20 persons responsible for implementing the media activities at Integrated Care Society. Tools: The researcher used the questionnaires as the main tool for collecting data. Results: Promote the concepts of citizenship, identity, affiliation and political participation. The media activities provided by Integrated Care Societyis connected with the community pulse; issues and concerns. The Media activities provided by Integrated Care Societyinclude many cultural seminars during which officials on various issues were invited. Many media activities allow parent's participation along with their children. (Published abstract)
