هدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج قائم على تدوير الخامات لإكساب طالبات رياض الأطفال مهارات إنتاج العرائس القفازية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من 35 طالبة من طالبات المستوى السادس، واستخدم البحث الأدوات التالية: قائمة المهارات اللازمة لإنتاج العرائس القفازية، استمارة حصر المهارات اللازمة لإنتاج العرائس القفازية، والاختبار التحصيلي لإنتاج العرائس القفازية، واختبار المهارات اللازمة لإنتاج العرائس القفازية من الخامات المستهلكة وبقايا الأقمشة، واستمارة تقويم العروسة القفازية. وتلخصت النتائج في: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المتدربات قبل وبعد البرنامج التدريبي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المتدربات في الاختبار التحصيلي قبل وبعد البرنامج التدريبي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المتدربات في المهارات المكتسبة قبل وبعد البرنامج التدريبي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The research targeted preparing a program, based on recycling materials, for the students of kindergarten department to acquire the skills of producing gauntlet puppets. The research’s sample consisted of 35 students, of the sixth level students. Furthermore, the research used the following tools: a list of the skills, necessary to produce gauntlet puppets, a form including the skills, necessary to produce gauntlet puppets, the achievement test of producing gauntlet puppets, a test of the skills, necessary to produce gauntlet puppets out of used materials and fabrics remains, and an evaluation form of the gauntlet puppets (an evaluation standard). The results Showed that: 1) there are significant statistical differences between the averages of the trainees’ degree, before and after the training program, in favor of the post application. 2) there are significant statistical differences between the averages of the trainees’ degrees, before and after the training program, in favor of the post application. 3) there are significant statistical differences between the average of the trainees’ degrees at the acquired skills, before and after the training program, in favor of the post application.
