هدف البحث إلى قياس أثر برنامج المرشد الإلكتروني القائم على الويب في تحسين عمليات الإرشاد الأكاديمي لدى طلاب جامعة السلطان قابوس، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، واختبار كا2، والانحراف المعياري للوصول إلى إجابة عن بعض أسئلة البحث، حيث توصل البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: 1) مساعدة الطلاب على فهم نظام الدراسة بالساعات المعتمدة من خلال توفير البرنامج للبيانات والمعلومات الهامة عن هذا النظام في صورة شروحات متعددة الوسائط يمكن للطلاب تحميلها أو مشاهدتها مباشرة في أي وقت وفي أي مكان. 2) الوصول إلى قائمة باحتياجات الطلاب من الإرشاد الأكاديمي لتحسين مستوى الأداء لدى المرشدين الأكاديميين، وبرمجتها في برنامج الإرشاد الإلكتروني القائم على الويب. وقد أشارت النتائج بشكل عام إلى كفاءة البرنامج وقدرته على تحسين عمليات الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة السلطان قابوس. The research aims to measure the impact of the program guide mail-based web in improving academic advising of students at Sultan Qaboos University, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the program packages statistical social sciences (SPSS), and test “Ka2”, and the standard deviation of access to answer some questions find where to reach to the results of the most important: 1) help students to understand the system of study hours accredited program through the provision of data and important information about this system in the form of multimedia explanations students can be downloaded or viewed directly at any time and in any place. 2) Access to a list of the needs of students from the academic guidance to improve the level of performance of the academic advisers, and programming in the e-counseling program based on the Web. The results showed overall efficiency of the program and its ability to improve academic advising at Sultan Qaboos University. (Published abstract)
