هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية بأبعاده المختلفة في احتمالية التسرب الدراسي لدى طلاب الجامعة، أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من ن=170 طالبا من طلبة جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية مع الذكور وقد طبق على هذه العينة مقياس التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية من (Bohadon, S & Robert, B) تعريب وتقنين (علي عبد السلام علي، 2008) واستبيان احتمالية التسرب الدراسي من إعداد الباحثين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) وجود ارتباط سالب دال إحصائياً بين احتمالية التسرب الدراسي وأبعاد التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية (الاجتماعي الأكاديمي الالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف) في حين يوجد ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين احتمالية التسرب والتوافق العاطفي. 2) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد العينة في احتمالية التسرب تعزي للتوافق الأكاديمي والاجتماعي والالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف. 3) دلت نتائج على أن التوافق الأكاديمي والالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف لهما الصدارة في التنبؤ باحتمالية التسرب الدراسي. The purpose of this study was to determine the role Adjustment with University life in its various dimensions in the probability of dropout among students in the university, a sample consisting of N=170 students studying at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. I have applied the techniques and methods as the following: Adjustment with University life scale (ATCS) by (Bohadon, S & Robert, B) Trans and adapted by (Ali Abdel salam Ali, 2008). Questionnaire probability of dropout, by researchers the following conclusions have been reached: 1) There is negative statistically significant correlation between the probability of dropout and dimensions of adjustment with University life (social, academic, commitment to achieve goals) while there is positive significant correlation between the probability of dropout and emotional adjustment. 2) There were statistically significant differences between members of the sample in the probability of dropout due to academically adjustment, commitment to achieve academic goals and socially adjustment. 3) Results indicated that academically adjustment and commitment to achieve academic goals are to lead in predicting the probability of dropout.
