هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة آراء معلمي المدارس الاستكشافية في برنامج "نحو اتجاهات مدرسية جديدة" في الأردن وعلاقة ذلك بمتغير الجنس والمرحلة التي يقوم المعلم بتدريسها والخبرة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تم توزيع أداة الدراسة على أفراد العينة البالغ عددهم 269 معلما، وقد تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من 20 فقرة، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل المعلومات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها: أن آراء معلمي المدارس الاستكشافية على مجالات الدراسة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء المعلمين نحو البرنامج تعزى للجنس وللمرحلة والخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها تعميم تنفيذ مثل هذه البرامج التطويرية في المدارس عامة لتنمية العمل بروح الفريق، وتعزيز إدارة التغيير فيها .(الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed at identifying the exploratory schools’ teachers’ opinions on the program “Towards New School Attitudes” in Jordan, and its relation with variables of gender, teaching grade and experience. A 20-item questionnaire was developed, administered to a sample of 269 teachers, and the data was duly analyzed. The study results revealed that the exploratory schools’ teachers’ opinions concerning the different study fields were high; there were significant differences in the teachers’ opinions about the program, attributable to gender, teaching grade and experience variables. In light of the results, the researcher offered a set of recommendations including the necessity of implementing such developmental programs in the schools to enhance team work spirit and promote the management of change.
