هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة موضوع التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع والتعرف على الفروق بين أفراد العينة في مستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الجنس والعمر. استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي. إختارت عينة عشوائية من الأطفال ضعاف السمع بلغ حجمها 42 طفلاً بواقع 17 ذكوراً و25 إناثاً كما قامت الباحثة بعدها باستخدام أداة وهي استبيان التفاعل الاجتماعي من تصميم الباحثة بعدها استخدمت الباحثة في التحليل الإحصائي كلاً من الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط واختبار "ت" لدلالة الفروق وتم تطبيق هذه المعادلات عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية(1: توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين ضعف السمع وسوء التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى أفراد العينة. (2 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع تعزى لمتغير العمر. (3 توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع تعزى لمتغير الجنس. This study aimed to study the issue of social interaction of children who suffer from weak hearing and to identify the differences between the sample members in the level of social interaction due to the variable of sex and age. The researcher used the Descriptive Method. The study targeted a sample of children with hearing weakness and their number was 42 children: 21 males and 21 females. Then, the researcher designed a questionnaire of social interaction. In addition to that, the researcher used in the statistical analysis, both of standard deviation, correlation coefficient and the “T” Test to signify the differences. The researcher arrived at the following results: 1) There is correlation between weak hearing and lack of social interaction for study sample members. 2) There are no statistically significant differences related to social interaction for children of weak hearing attributable to age variable.3) There are statistically significant differences related to social interactions for children of weak hearing attributable to sex variable.
