الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة واقع تعليم اللغة العربية في المدارس اليهودية الحكومية والدينية، وقد اتخذت من المرحلة الإعدادية نموذجا، عالج الباحث فيها أثر الواقع السياسي في تعليم اللغة العربية في إسرائيل، وواقع اللغة العربية في المدارس اليهودية، وبخاصة في منهاج المدارس الحكومية والدينية؛ من حيث تعليم الحروف وما يتصل بالموضوعات الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية، وعرض لمضمون النصوص التي اشتمل عليها منهاج تلك المدارس. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تعليم اللغة العربية في تلك المدارس ما زال بحاجة إلى نظر؛ لأن المادة التي يتضمنها المنهاج بوجه عام وتقدم للطالب ينتابها النقص، وتتراءى فيها الفجوات، ويعود ذلك إلى أن الذين أعدوا هذه المادة لم يقصدوا تقديم اللغة العربية الصحيحة في منهج علمي موضوعي، بل كان هدفهم أن يتمكن الطالب من الإلمام بالحروف وبعض المفردات التي تجعله قادرا على التحدث بالعربية. This study examined the teaching of Arabic language in the preparatory stage in government and religious Jewish schools. The study tackled the impact of the political reality on the teaching of the language in Israel, and the state of this language in the Jewish schools and in the religious and public schools in particular. The researcher focused on the teaching of alphabets, sounds, syntax, morphology, and semiotics. In addition, the researcher made a reading and an analysis of the content of these schools' Arabic curriculum. After data collection and analysis, the researcher found that the Arabic language teaching in these schools was in need of consideration. The content of the curriculum in general and the way it is introduced to the school student have shortcomings and gaps. This is attributed to the fact that the authors of these schools' textbooks had failed to introduce the proper Arabic language in an objective and specific manner. Their aim was to enable the student to become familiar with the alphabets and some vocabulary which make him able to speak Arabic. (Published Abstract)
