هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم أنموذج مقترح لتطوير إدارة المؤسسة التعليمية في الأردن في ضوء فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي التركيبي الذي يعتمد على تجميع الحقائق والمعلومات، ثم مقارنتها وتحليلها وتفسيرها، للوصول إلى تعميمات مقبولة، كسبيل للتعرف إلى طبيعة مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة وخصائصها، والاعتبارات الواجب مراعاتها لتطبيق هذا النهج الإداري في البيئة التربوية. وقد تمكن الباحثان من تقديم أنموذج مقترح لتطوير إدارة المؤسسة التعليمية في الأردن في ضوء فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة يتكون من ستة عناصر رئيسة هي: تغيير ثقافة المدرسة، والتحول إلى نمط الإدارة التشاركية، وتشكيل مجلس الجودة في المدرسة، والتقييم الذاتي، واعتماد أسلوب القياس المقارن، والتغذية الراجعة. كما حددت الدراسة بعض الاعتبارات الواجب على الإدارة التربوية والمدرسة مراعاتها عند الأخذ بتطبيق هذا الأنموذج. The aim of this study is to provide a proposal model for the development of an educational institution management for Jordan within the framework of the philosophy of comprehensive quality management using the Synthetic-Analytic Approach. This approach relies on data collection and assembling facts for the purposes of comparison, analysis and interpretation with the hope of establishing plausible generalizations. These generalizations would naturally help in the process of characterizing the nature of comprehensive quality management in the context of education in Jordan. The researchers have been able to provide a proposal model consisting of six elements, namely, changing the school culture, adopting partnership management, establishing school quality assurance councils, self-assessment, a comparative measurement style, and using the feedback. The study also specifies certain measurements that should be taken by the school management if such a proposal model is to be honored. (Published abstract)
