هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مدى امتلاك المرشد التربوي لمهارات التدخل الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأزمات في محافظات وسط فلسطين، بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفروق في مدى امتلاك المرشد لمهارات التدخل الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأزمات تبعا لمتغيرات: الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ونوع المدرسة. ولغايات هذه الدراسة، تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من 67 فقرة تعكس مهارات المرشدين في التدخل وقت الأزمات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 200 مرشد ومرشدة من المدارس الحكومية ووكالة الغوث، وقد قامت الباحثة باستخراج دلالات الصدق لهذه الأداة باستخدام صدق المحكمين والصدق التمييزي للفقرات، كما تم حساب معامل الصدق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات 0.92، وهي خصائص سيكومترية مناسبة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يأتي: بلغ المتوسط العام لمهارات المرشدين في التعامل مع الأزمات 4.13، وهذا يشير إلى مستوى مرتفع في امتلاك المرشد لمهارات التدخل وقت الأزمات. كما اتضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى امتلاك المرشد التربوي لمهارات التدخل الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأزمات تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. ووجدت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى امتلاك المرشد التربوي لمهارات التدخل الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأزمات باختلاف متغير نوع المدرسة، إذ كان مستوى امتلاك المرشدين لمهارات التدخل وقت الأزمات في مدارس الوكالة مرتفعا مقارنة بمستوى امتلاك المرشدين لمهارات التدخل في المدارس الحكومية. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which educational counselors posses intervention skills' and abilities to deal with crises in central Palestine governorate schools. In addition, the study investigated differences in counselor skills in dealing with crises, based in various variables like gender, specialization, educational qualification, years of experience, and school type. For the purpose of this study, a sample (n=200) had been chosen from counselors working in both UNRWA and public schools. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (67) items, reflecting counselor intervention skills in dealing with crisis, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The questionnaire had appropriate validity and reliability (a=0.92) indexes. The collected data and statistical analysis revealed the following: The overall mean for counselor skills in dealing with crises was (Jl=4.13), which indicates a high level. Nevertheless, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of counselor intervention skills in dealing with crises, based on the variables of gender, specialization, educational qualifications, or years of experience. However, there were statistically significant differences in the level of counselor intervention skills in dealing with crises, based on school type. The level of counselor intervention skills in UNRWA schools was high compared to those in public schools. (Published abstract)
