The aim of the research was to identify the sources of organizational stress among physical education teachers in the Karkh and Rusafa education directorates. The research sample consisted of 100 male and female teachers. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher formulated a hypothesis suggesting that there are sources of organizational stress affecting these teachers. After analyzing the results, the researcher concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to the administrative aspects related to physical education and to support physical education teachers due to their important educational and leadership role in developing students physically, mentally, and health-wise. It was also emphasized that economic aspects should be addressed for this group to reduce attrition and prevent them from turning to other professions. Additionally, there is a need to provide sports facilities and maintain existing ones, as they are essential for implementing physical education programs effectively. (Published abstract)
