This study aimed to identify the role of the public education female school managers in achieving the goals of health - promoting program in the public schools of the city of Riyadh and to identify the difficulties faced by school managers in applying health - promoting program in Riyadh schools. Researcher relied on the descriptive method survey, and the study of female population health workers in implementing the program of health - promoting schools in Riyadh schools, their number is (122) health care guides, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool for this study, which was distributed to all members of the research community. The number of respondents was 122 and the statistical program (SPSS) was (111). The most important findings of the study: 1) that female health guides often approved with a high rate that the role of the directors in general education schools in achieving the goals of enhanced school health program in the city of Riyadh the tool obtained an average of (3.81). 2) That female health guides approved that the school principals often face difficulties in the application of the health - promoting schools enhanced share in Riyadh schools program with a mean of (3,69).
