This study seeks to achieve objectives identify the reality of the administrative practices of the directors general education schools in Riyadh also, identify the differences of statistical significance in the sample answers about directors practices to managers of general education schools in Riyadh, according to (qualification, the study phase, management experience, training courses. The study sample consisted of (40) female manager of government and private schools and include all stages. The tools of the study questionnaire on the management practices of school principals prepared by the researcher and the study data were processed using a program (SPSS) statistical. Results of the study: there is approval of the study sample that the administrative practices of school principals’ degree (sometimes) a mean (2.19) and the tops of those practices planning degree always, followed by regulation and guidance, and then follow-up and evaluation degree (sometimes).
