The study aimed at investigates the psychological levels of burnout among sample of teachers at resource rooms in the government’s schools in the West Bank- Palestine, and to determine the relationship between the levels of psychological burnout according variables: gender, education qualification, and specialization and experience years. The sample of the study consisted of (100) teachers. The study used the analytical descriptive method. To achieve study goals, the psychological burnout scale was prepared into two parts: First: general information, Second: scale paragraph. It consisted of (109) paragraphs divided into 4 dimensions. The results indicated that there was a high level of psychological burnout among teachers. The burnout levels differed according to scale dimensions as follows: 1st highest level of burnout was "teachers' colleagues" average = 4.31 of 5. And the lowest rank was for "teachers" average = 3.5 of 5. Total degree average = 3.8 of 5 which is a high score. The results also showed no significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) in the degree of psychological burnout among the teachers of the resource rooms, according to the variables, Gender, academic qualification, specialization. The results confirmed that there were statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) in the degree of psychological burnout among teachers, according to the variable experience years favor of high experience (more than 10 years).
