This study aimed to measure the student's attitudes toward the electronic tests. It was conducted on a sample of 283 open learning students of education program at Arab Open University-Jordan). The researcher used descriptive method by designing suitable questioner consisting of nine paragraphs, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 27 students and the stability coefficient of the tool was 0.843. In order to answer the study questions, the researcher, after collecting and analyzing the data, calculate averages and standard deviations. The study found results that confirm students' tendency to use electronic tests and their preference for paper tests for several reasons related to the ease of performing these tests, Time constraints, and the possibility of using mobile phones for electronic testing. The study recommended the use of electronic tests on a large scale, especially in the Open and distance learning ODL, create the appropriate environment for conducting these tests, providing devices and software appropriate to it, and the rehabilitation students and tutors to deal with the tests efficiently.
