This study aimed to identify the most important problems facing the implementation of gifted and talented students in general education schools in the Mecca area programs, where the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of 54 items distributed among four dimensions (administrative, physical, individual, family) deal with the problems that facing the implementation of those programs. Was applied to the questionnaire (60) teachers and supervisors carry out the gifted programs in the Mecca area, then used the averages, standard deviations, and tests (t) and Anova and Scheffe statistical data processing. Results of the study indicated that the implementation of gifted programs in the Mecca region faces problems after high administrative problems and family problems (2.37) of 3 each, and the problems of moderately to resume after the problems (2.11) of 3, and physical problems (2, 24) from 3. The study recommends the deployment of special education under the auspices of the talented school administration, teachers, parents, and the creation of the school environment for the implementation of gifted programs, and provides the necessary support to talented teacher.
