The study included five gates touched researchers in the forefront of research to the features of this age of scientific progress and technology and the importance of the psychological aspect and the characteristics of the variables examined, personal and skill transmission volleyball, and reflected the research problem that most trainers focus on the elements of physical fitness and performance day and there is a lack in the personal knowledge of the player and the required sports properties and attributes of a specific psychological, as the subject of research within the Section II the concept of the personal and the factors affecting them and the theories that are interpreted by and to the basic skills and skill of sending the ball flight, while in Part III The researchers used a descriptive approach style survey and relations relational included research community to the students of the third phase and the second Faculty of Physical Education - University of Karbala for the academic year 2010-2011. The selection of the research sample style random class by (31) students were distributed among (16) students from the third phase, and (15) students from the second stage and During what was produced by the results of statistical analysis of data, analysis and discussion of researchers found that there is a correlation inverse and significant between the responses of students of personal style (A) and the accuracy of the performance of skill transmission and there is a positive and significant between the responses of female pattern (B) and the accuracy of the performance skill of transmissions, as the researchers found several recommendations of the most important need to identify the personal styles of students Faculty of Physical Education and the possibility to deal with in line with the behavior of each style.
