This study aims to detect the differences in behavioral characteristics (attention deficit, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional volatility, social maladjustment) between the ordinary pupils and pupils with learning difficulties in the primary school stage. To achieve this objective a comparative descriptive method was adopted, and after the application of the behavioral characteristics scale on a sample composed of 60 pupils, 30 with learning difficulties and 30 of them ordinary pupils in the fourth grades. The following results were obtained: the presence of significant statistical differences between the ordinary pupils and pupils with Learning difficulties in all domains of behavioral characteristics (attention deficit, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional volatility, social maladjustment) in favour of pupils with learning difficulties.
