Human rights Education is one of the most important aims of Education. Those rights should be included in the educational process. Although the Egyptian universities are the most important educational institutions that should perform an effective efforts in shaping their students awareness of human rights through introducing them and providing opportunities of practicing them in the real life, The reality indicates their weak efforts in developing their students awareness of human rights and (HRE).This study aims through using descriptive and critical methods to provide a vision for the efforts of (HRE) in Egyptian Universities. The present study included the (HRE) concept and its origin, development, importance, features, aims and the world models; it analyzed the reality of (HRE) efforts, its practices in Alexandria, Helwan, ElMinya, Zaghzig, ElMansoura universities, the present situation and its disadvantages. Some world contemporary experiences and world trends in (HRE) were analyzed. A vision for the (HRE) efforts in Egyptian Universities was provided.It included the philosophy, aims, basics, foundations, and the procedures for achieving it. (Published Abstract)
