The main aims of the research are the level of perceptual curiosity among university students and the distinctions of perceptual curiosity level among university students to gender, specialty, and grade variables. The current research was limited to a sample of 500 Ss of ALQadissiya university scientific and humanitarian disciplines and second-fourth grades for the academic year 2015-2016 selected by startiFied random manner, on the basic of the properties distribution, and to achieve the objective of the present research The researcher adopted the following: preparation perceptual curiosity scale depending on Berlyn theory which consists of two areas, novlty and probe. This scale has 27 item at final version In this step, it has been verified of validity and reliability of psychometric, for intimation these statistical analysis of measurements have been practiced on sample of 300 Ss university selected by stratified random way depending on distributing, After completing the prepare of tool of research that have been applied the final sample, the case statistical (SPSS) for sociology is used in data processing. The connect research has reached these following results: 1) The university Ss have perceptual curiosity. 2) The Ss perceptual curiosity isn't affected by the change of gender male-female, the grade second-fourth, or specialty scientific humanitarian.
