This study aimed at developing the skills of designing the applications of smart mobiles and Confidence in the Digital Learning of college of education students through designing a Pbworks based e-learning environment. To achieve this aim, a sample of 19 students from the general diploma in the college of education, King Khalid University, was trained through the e-learning environment based on the Pbworks web. The following tools were developed; an observation sheet to assess applications of smart mobiles skills, a scale for assessing digital confidence. Wilcoxon test and Spearman equation were used for analyzing the results of the study. Results showed the effectiveness of designing the Pbworks based e-learning environment that has contributed to the development of the skills of designing smart mobile applications, and, contributed to a medium degree in building confidence in digital learning among students of the general diploma in the faculty of education.
