The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the administrative communication methods of the principals of general education schools primary/secondary in Sana'a from the Teacher’s Point of views, by monitoring their reality in the following fields: Transparency, Participation, Timing, means of communication used, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive method (survey), and the research population was all teachers in the general education schools primary/secondary in Sana'a, which was 18578 teachers, then the researcher selected a stratified and random sample from all districts of Sana'a, it was 388 teachers from all different scientific disciplines. The research found that the degree of effectiveness of the administrative communication methods among principals of general education schools in Sana'a was very low. The research also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses related to gender, the stage studied by teachers, qualification, years of experience.
