The goal of current research is to identify the relationship between cultural intelligence and the quality of life of university students. In order to verify this, the researcher built a tool to measure cultural intelligence, according to the viewpoint Sternberg's theory, 2006) Sternberg has corrupted measure in its final form of (30) items, as well as adopted a quality of life prepared by the scale (Muncie, 2006), based mainly on according to the viewpoint of Rive (Ryff, 1999) and consisting of (64) items were confirmed validity and reliability tools. As it has been applied to a sample of (400) students were chosen randomly from stratified Mustansiriya university students. The results indicate that the sample mean members of the variables above average premise and this means that they have a high level of cultural intelligence and the quality of life level. As it turned out that there are statistically significant relationship between a high level of cultural intelligence and the quality of life level, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
