هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الممارسات الإدارية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق، من وجهة نظر معلماتهن. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال التابعة لمديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة المفرق، والبالغ عددهن 138 معلمة، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وذلك لصغر حجم المجتمع. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة طور الباحثان استبانة الممارسات الإدارية بعد مراجعة الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من 49 فقرة، تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إن الدرجة الكلية للممارسات الإدارية لمديرات رياض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق كانت بدرجة كبيرة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول الممارسات الإدارية لمديرات رياض الأطفال وفقاً للمتغيرات الآتية: المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة التعليمية، والعمر. The study aimed at identifying the administrative practices of female kindergarten principals in Al- Mafraq Governorate from teachers’ perspective. The sample of the study is 138 female kindergarten teachers who represent all teachers in Al-Mafraq governorate. To collect the data, a questionnaire of 49 items focusing on the administrative practices was developed based on reviewing the related literature and previous studies. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested. The results of the study showed that the level of administrative practices for female kindergarten principals in Al-Mafraq Governorate was high. Furthermore, the results suggest that there were no statistically significant differences in the administrative practices among the female kindergarten principals from the perspective of teachers based on their academic qualifications, years of experience and age. Several recommendations were suggested in the light of results of the study. (Published abstract)
