The study aims at showing the actual distribution of female teachers in the Public Administration of Riyadh Education, highlighting the obstacles which limit the efficiency of their distribution, finding the necessary mechanisms to achieve teachers' distribution efficiency, and a suggested strategy to achieve female teachers' distribution efficiency in Riyadh city schools. The study used surveys, questionnaires and the descriptive approach to collect the data needed from 27 places, which constitute the different headquarters of education office. The study found the following: 1) The efficiency of female teachers' distribution means the existence of an updated database of female teachers' distribution at the education office (deficiency & extra), and the office's offering of feedback to the administration of education about the efficiency of teachers' distribution, and determining the exact need of new female teachers based on updated statistical information. 2) The study proved there is no conflict on how to achieve the efficiency of female teachers' distribution, according to the changing circumstances of the workplace. 3) One of the hardest obstacles to effective distribution is the heavy burdens and responsibilities left on female teachers, lack of financial incentives, absence of plans of crises management for emergencies (holidays, retirement.etc.). 4) The mechanisms of improving the efficiency of female teachers' distribution include participating in designing the plans to distribute teachers, connecting teachers' database in both the education office and the administration of education, and building a new updated database of teachers' distribution at schools. The study also recommended: 5) Defining scientific measures on which the distribution process is based. 6) Supplying all financial and human resources that guarantee the correct and efficient distribution of female teachers. 7) Adopting the strategy suggested by the study to improve the distribution of female teachers in Riyadh district schools. The study suggested the following studies: 8) The efficiency of administrative assistants' distribution in Riyadh schools. 8) The efficiency of educational services distribution in Riyadh schools. 9) A suggested strategy to activate the role of administrative assistants in Riyadh schools.
